As part of the Slow Motion Film Festival, the “slow” race is on! Pick up your ticket at the Info Booth and meander throughout the market collecting ingredients needed to make a delicious mystery recipe. Eight dollars gets you a ticket and covers exactly the cost of the ingredients you'll be taking home. Michael Howell, of Slow Food Nova Scotia and the Tempest Restaurant, will be serving up samples of the special dish upstairs – but before you can taste it, you must follow the clues on your ticket around the market, gathering one ingredient at a time from various local producers. Then, with ingredients in hand, you'll be asked to deduce what recipe you'll be making later on! But, right or wrong, a taste of the dish and a recipe will be yours. Hand in your ticket to be entered into a draw to win two tickets to either A Slow Food Film or to the Gastronomical Night Kitchen concert.
