Please join the Acadia Gamelan Ensemble and the 2016-2017 Intro to Gamelan class for an end-of-term concert. In addition to a selection of beautiful traditional gamelan (bronze gong and percussion) music from Indonesia, we will present two contemporary works by Atlantic Canadian composers - the world premiere of India Gailey's "Hujan Badai", and the 2010 work by Peter Togni, Lux Aeterna (for gamelan and six-voice choir).
