We are pleased to host the 2nd annual Honey Harvest Festival in Nova Scotia at the Avon River Heritage Museum in historic Newport Landing/Avondale.

The Honey Harvest Festival is intended to promote and support local beekeepers, businesses and educate the public about beekeeping practices and products.

Come on out and meet some local beekeepers, crafters, wineries and witness a demonstration hive. The museum has an amazing display of local history and great food available in the café!

The Honey Harvest Festival is a fundraising event for the museum. All proceeds from booth rental will benefit the museum, which is a non- profit organization dedicated to promoting New England Planter and Acadian History and the unique ecology of the Avon River.

This event is free for the public and there is no charge for parking or entry. Donations are welcomed.
