Family, Friends and Fun times on Nova Scotia's Avon Region. Come on out for any and all events being held over the next 3 days in the Avon Region (Windsor and West Hants area). Aug 4- 6th

Family Golfing at the 19th Hole Driving Range, Falmouth (Fri - Sat & Sun $5)

Hike the Avon Region Trails (Fri, Sat & Sun), West Hants Trail Association www.WestHantsTrails.ca (Free)

Eldridge Road Rec Center. Host your own basketball, tennis, soccer game or picnic throughout the weekend (Free)

3rd Annual Tractor Pull at Hants County Exhibition Park, Starts at 10am ($5 entry and under 12 free)

Avon River Days Car Show, All makes and models at the waterfront. Dyno will be onsite. 10am - 3pm.

Tregothic Creek Railway Rides at Centennial Drive 10:30am - 3:30pm (Donations Accepted)

Artisans in Action: Fibre & Textiles at the Avon River Heritage Museum with fibre & textile artists Noon - 4pm

Waterfront Bounce Castles, Vendors and Games downtown waterfront 3pm - 9pm

Sunday Tea Fundraiser by the West Hants Historical Society at 281 King St from 2pm - 3:30pm. Please RSVP to 902-798-4706, (Adults $5, Under 10 - $3)

Schoolhouse Brewery Beer Garden, Newpickers Music School 3pm - 5pm, John Geddes 5pm - 7pm (all ages) and Basin Brothers Trio 7-pm-9pm (7pm 19+ $5 cover)

Travelling Kindness Rocks Canada 150 Mandala Workshop, at the Coach House 1-3 pm ($)

FIREWORKS, on the waterfront at 9:45pm (when its dark)
