Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a where we honor the life and contributions of Dr. King. It is also a day that celebrates Dr. King’s global vision of a world without poverty, racism, war, and violence and his vision of all-inclusive solidarity. At Acadia we will be honouring Martin Luther King Jr. by meeting at the Art Gallery at 6:00 and then together marching around the downtown core of Wolfville. After this candle light vigil, we will warm-up with hot chocolate and participate in a reflection. Everyone is welcome.
