This is the 2nd Annual Benefit Concert for No Time for That Anti-Bullying Society Presented by Mud Creek Rotary.
The concert is a fantastic opportunity for artists, businesses, corporations, and all community members of all ages to come together and make a difference.
It is a semi-formal event in an intimate setting where 250 attendees get to enjoy a special acoustic performance by one of Canada's top singer-songwriters, Juno Award winning artist Old Man Luedecke. Elsie Morden will also be performing! Starr Dobson (CTV Atlantic, CEO of Mental Health Foundation of NS), Shelley Richardson (Kids Help Phone Atlantic Director), and Mike Danton (Former NHL Player and Coach of the Jr. A Valley Wildcats) will be speaking. Dylan Langille from 89.3 K-Rock will be emceeing. Canadian Beats & Harbour City Imagery will be doing photography. There will be free appetizers from Pita Pit + refreshments including TAN Coffee, a cash bar including Schoolhouse Brewery and Annapolis Cider Company, a silent auction, raffle prizes, music trivia by Kenny Byrka, performances by local students, and many other fabulous fundraising opportunities.
All proceeds from this benefit concert will ensure that the No Time for That Anti-Bullying Society’s “No Time for That” Tour can continue to deliver powerful presentations about bullying prevention, mental health awareness and youth empowerment to schools free of charge. So far we have been to 518 schools across Canada.
