Delicious, nutritious, beautiful sprouts, greens and microgreens can be teased into many different dishes designed to delight our senses amongst the winter-scape. The market has an amazing array of greens over the winter including sprouts, shoots, kale and spinach.
Watch for hands-on sprouting demo and a sprout tasting station with EOS Natural Foods. Take home a little hit of spring along with all the inspiration you need to make these nutritional powerhouse’s a staple on your dinner table. Vendors will have sprouts, microgreens and greens for sale, along with sprouting kits and seeds.
