Valley Thunder Lacrosse and Lacrosse Nova Scotia host a free try-it session. All ages, all experiences welcome. Bring a hockey helmet and gloves, active wear and a water bottle. LNS will host an evening of basic skills and drills. There is a waiver (valleylacrosse.ca or at the door).
