Harvey Marcotte is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Bear River who grew up in a French community in Rhode Island and influenced by his parents, took up music at an early age. He went from playing in local folk ensembles to touring with the world famous Acadian band Blou before embarking on a solo career. He is an impressive guitar, fiddle and mandolin player, accomplished in both traditional and modern folk styles.
