As part of the Wellness Harp &Yoga Festival, join other teachers from various Canadian provinces for a discussion on: Mindfulness in the classroom, the importance of brain brakes from P-12. Bring your lunch on a sunny Saturday, on Kingsport Beach and share your ideas with French or English Canadian teachers. Facilitated by a Nova Scotia teacher and open to all teachers teaching from Primary, Elementary or High school levels. LOCATION: Meet us at the blue table behind the "Tides Inn" Canteen.
