Thursday September 27, 2018  6pm - 7pm (1 Hour)
Workshop / Class Family-Friendly Wheelchair Accessible

Did you ever wonder where on the road you should ride your bike or what to do at intersections? This session will help you with those questions and more, with the goal of making you a safer and more confident cyclist. In addition, you’ll learn the best ways to start and stop your bike, to manage turns, to check traffic and do hand signals. There will be time available to ask questions. The workshop is led by Christine. She is certified as a CANBIKE instructor (http://canbikecanada.ca/) and Making Tracks instructor (https://ecologyaction.ca/making-tracks), as well as a master indoor cycling instructor and she has written educational articles for the Indoor Cycling Association. She has a decade of experience in coaching novice cyclists on trails and the road.
