January Monthly Meeting will feature Patricia Bishop, owner operator of Taproot Farm and Taproot Fibre Lab.
Unlike other clubs we are not just about a monthly meeting. We have many interest groups- a great balance for healthy living!
The Newcomers’ Club welcomes all residents of the Annapolis Valley. You don’t have to be a newcomer or a Wolfville resident to come to the meetings or to join the group: long-time residents are also welcome. We provide community lore and wisdom! BRING YOUR FAVOURITE SMALL COFFEE CUP and enjoy fresh perked coffee and a sweet treat.
Meetings feature informative speakers on topics of local interest. Members can participate in the many interest groups such as needlework, book club, off-road biking, hiking, snowshoeing, Food &Fun, gourmet dining, bridge and gentle yoga. This is a great place to meet new people, learn about the area, and forge a sense of community.
