Justin Wood, born and raised in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, is a country/rock musician, performer and traditionalist at heart. He has been a fixture in the live music scene now for over a decade. Growing up in a household filled with music, some of his influences include Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Don Williams, all the way to more modern country influences such as Alan Jackson, Steve Earle, Travis Tritt, Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson. He cut his teeth performing with various local bands leading up to 2016, when he made the decision to go solo and form the Justin Wood Band.
