The experience can be playful and open ... or deep and meditative ... or intense and very internal ... ecstatic dance is about learning to trust and follow your own energy, however it shows up!
Children are welcome. NO scents please.
Bring your own water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Dancing is in bare feet.
