Come out to be part of the Annapolis Valley's most authentic St. Patrick's Day experience!
With live music from the award-winning, Halifax fiddler Shannon Quinn and renowned Scottish guitarist Andy Webster; dance demonstrations by the Tir na nOg Irish dancers; AND the chance to buy some heart-warming Irish stew; this event will put you at ease in a way only the Irish can.
The main attraction is of course, the dancing! Ceilidh dancing is designed for beginners and veterans alike to come together and simply enjoy moving to the music as it courses through your veins. Niamh Webster, director of Tir na nOg Irish Dance Academy, will be there to show you what to do and guide everyone though each dance from start to finish.
The dance is becoming an even bigger event this year with the addition of a silent auction in aid of dancers' needs AND our inaugural Irish Soda Bread Competition! Feel free to bake a loaf and enter to win that coveted first place - with a prize!
