We are excited to announce that Elements of Health has partnered with CentreStage Theatre to bring QiGong to Kentville.
Our workshop style classes start November 7th and will continue on the first Sunday of each month with the intention of having daily classes in the near future.
No previous experience is required and fitness level and general health are not an issue.
Each workshop will have 1 Exercise Set and Meditation. There is a lot of rest time included as these movements are as powerful as they are gentle. For example - some translate “Eight Pieces of Brocade” to “Pull and Break Tendons”
