Author Philip Moscovitch travelled Nova Scotia to discover today's practitioners of the art of food fermentation. He discovered old recipes and new, which he shares in his new book, Adventures in Bubbles and Brine. He will be in Kentville to share his book, and to do a sauerkraut demo.
