Join us at the Acadia University Art Gallery for the opening night of our new exhibition: The Face of Ekphrasis: Mabel Killam Day & Poetry. The Face of Ekphrasis is an interactive exhibition where visitors write their own poetry inspired by the expressive portraits by Nova Scotian Artist Mabel Killam Day. The evening will include a presentation by the Acadia students who curated the exhibition, guest speakers, live music, as well as food and drink available at a cash bar.
Admission to the event is free, and all materials are provided for adding your own poetry to the exhibition.
