Learn the fundamentals of social dance: Mindfulness, etiquette, posture, balance, partnering, musicality, footwork, basics of Foxtrot, Meringue, Single Swing, (jive), Melange (disco), in an inclusive, supportive setting.
Three class courses to choose from. Later sessions will introduce additional dance styles such as Triple Swing, Rumba, etc
