The Community Health Boards in the Annapolis Valley are pleased to invite proposals for the 2020/21 Wellness Fund.
Wellness Funds are intended to support new and innovative projects that:
• advance CHB priorities
• use a population health-based approach in addressing the social determinants of health
• address issues arising from COVID-19 for 2020/2021 cycle
Eligible organizations include non-profit organizations, municipalities, schools and First Nations communities. For more information, visit https://www.communityhealthboards.ns.ca/wellness-funds. The deadline for proposal submission is October 15th, 2020.
