Rug Hooking Demo by Artist Margaret Forsey
Margaret's newest works are inspired by her experiences as a doula and childcare provider.
“I'm creating a collection of joyful rugs portraying pregnancy, birthing, breast-feeding, baby-wearing, maternity, and paternity. My work celebrates my love for babies and I hope my art will be a tool to help advocate for midwifery care in Nova Scotia.”
