Life through a mask is a free, four week Art Therapy workshop geared towards introducing Art Therapy to military personnel, veterans and other first responders. Local artist and veteran Marc Deveault will facilitate the group in making a mask. A tangible reflection for the participants to take with them. In addition to the art component, Registered Counselling Therapist and Certified Art Therapist Sarah Osborne will offer education around the brain in trauma and how art can be a resourceful, safe and creative outlet when living with a mental illness.

No artistic skills needed.

This is not a formal therapy session, rather an introduction into Art Therapy and how it can be helpful.
7Arts adheres to the government's regulations for Covid 19. Social distancing and masks are required. Surfaces are sanitized regularly.
