The Nova Scotia Five Pin Bowlers Association is offering a great workshop!
The NS5PBA is excited to host a Zoom Session with Mental Performance Consultant, Danielle Poulos! Join us and Danielle for a session on improving self-talk and reduce anxiety for high performance situations. Danielle will delve into the relationship between emotions, performance and how that impacts our self-talk, particularly working on our mental game to practice in training and apply in competition.
We may not be involved in a lot of tournaments right now, but check this out as a way to prepare for future competitions in any sport!
And we know this is also inauguration day in the US. Maybe this will be a nice one-hour break!
This is not limited to five-pin bowlers and folks only in Nova Scotia - we welcome everyone!
