Health / Wellness

WEBINAR:
Hannah Jackson brings to us, Pics 4 Passion (P4P), a photography project that demonstrates how to use the art of photography as a coping mechanism for mental wellbeing. It will also provide the basic photography skills needed to feel confident and create content that educates. The workshop provides you a place to learn and growing through the art of photography and to become more self-aware, adding coping mechanisms that the program will teach. This one-hour session, with Q&A, is the perfect way to grow your skills and connect with your community.
Hannah has a love of photography and a passion for mental health. She is currently enrolled at the NSCC for an Advanced Diploma in Nonprofit Leadership and has recently published her first book, Pics 4 Passion, which demonstrates how mental health appears in different people.
Struggling with depression and anxiety for almost a decade has taught Hannah many things. The importance of family and community. The value of having a healthy coping mechanism, and how vital it is to be honest with yourself and to ask for help when you need it.
