Join us for high tide Sundays at Kingsport Beach, beside the Tides In Canteen. From 1 - 3 pm, there will be two performers sharing a show at the Kingsport Beach Pavilion. Jam session after the show, all welcome to join.
Free or by donation, all ages, social distancing required.
This week's performers are Ted Simmons and Paul Lauzon.
About Ted Simmons:
It was the sounds and stories of the south that captured his imagination as a child. "The first time I heard blues music, I wasn't very old, and had no idea what any of it meant, but it captivated me".
He has spent his life trying to figure it out, and will bring his blues style to the pavilion this weekend!
Paul Lauzon:
Paul Laurent Lauzon has worked as a singer/songwriter, in theatre, in academia, as well as in the field of music therapy. Paul has a rich repertoire of original songs: love songs, stories, songs of inspiration, songs for social change. In his solo performances, he aims to express the poetic spirit -- in songs that connect and take the listener on a journey. He accompanies himself on acoustic guitar, and will sometimes mix in harmonica, mandocello, or celtic harp. He loves to get people singing.
