Young Adult Series - Crohn's and Colitis Canada
Wednesday September 29, 2021  8pm - 10pm (2 Hours)
Health / Wellness Community

Crohn’s and Colitis Canada invites young adults between the ages of 18-30 who live with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to join us for the Young Adult Series, supported by the LeGresley Family Foundation. This virtual event aims to connect young adults from across the country, providing the unique opportunity to build a strong network with their peers and engage directly with experts.

Along with meeting and connecting with young adults across the country through peer support sessions, registrants will learn about transitioning from pediatric IBD care to adult IBD care, mental health and wellness, and so much more.

The event also provides the opportunity for young adults to have their questions about these topics answered by experts. Attendees can submit their questions while completing the registration form. If you do not have any questions, please write N/A.

Hosted in English, the Young Adult Series will take place via Zoom.
