Monthly sing-along just for fun! AND......to help reduce stress load, boost immunity, improve breathing and lung function, bring back memories and sing along with others who also love to sing. This is not a rehearsal....we will just sing through mostly favourite songs of the 60's and 70's, with other Oldies but Goldies thrown in from other decades for good measure. Rock, folk, gospel, feel good songs....we will sing them all! Led by community musician and music therapist Heather Price.
COVID restrictions apply....must show proof of double vaccination. Masks required while entering and leaving the building, and socially distanced seating arrangement in place.
