Kings District RCMP and Kings Seniors Safety are hosting a CARE Wellness Day for the community. People of all ages are welcome to attend!
This event is being held at Camp Brigadoon on May 19th from 8:30 – 3:00.
Our keynote speaker will be Junior M with Save Me Save We. Breakout sessions including African Drumming, Dragonfly Haven Therapeutic Farm, Zentangle Art, Laughter Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, and Medicine Pouches.
