All through the pandemic, the Annapolis Valley Honour Choirs have continued to offer meaningful artistic programming and music education! Growing their ensembles once more, AVHC is excited to welcome singers for the next season!
All students in Grades 3-12 during the 2022-23 school year are encouraged to join. Musical Meet & Greets for all three choirs will be taking place the first two weeks of June. (Both online and in-person options)
The AVHC is a nationally recognized choral organization known for its excellence in education and capacity for community building. Young singers work with professionally trained faculty in fun, engaging rehearsals and workshops, and benefit from a complete music literacy program, chorister apprenticeship program, performances and engagements, community outreach, and cultural exchange opportunities. Accessible and inclusive, singers are welcomed into a supportive, accepting culture rooted in teamwork and common vision. They are provided a safe space to be themselves, build their confidence and find their unique voices!
