Sandi Marie Porter hosts Open Mic Invitational
Sandi Marie Porter hosting an open mic! Bring your instrument and come on up to serenade the crowd. There will be four guest artists lined up to play including Maura Edmunds, Jason Hall, Jayson Tibert, and David Morine.
Sandi Marie Porter came home to Nova Scotia and the Valley 8 years ago by way of Toronto, Montreal, Mexico, Florida…… Singer, songwriter, guitar player – Sandi had just completed a ten-year residency at Toronto’s Grossman’s Tavern, Home of the Blues. Another residency in a warmer climate for several winters - at Lizard Joe’s in Chelem, Mexico plus several years hosting the Saturday Jam at The Noodle Guy in Port Williams, as well as appearances at various Valley venues – Joe’s, Night Kitchen….and then THE BIG C!
After a serious hiatus and several life changes, Sandi is LOVING the return to live music and is so grateful to be able to continue to share her songs. She will be joined on stage by Ananda Kavanagh on percussion and David Davidson on guitar and bass.
