Wise Women, written by Ron Osborne, is a prize-winning, poignant comedy. Co-directed by Spencer Laing and Bryen Stoddard, Wise Women takes us to Christmas 1944, where a single mother with a teenage daughter does her bit for the war effort by taking in boarders, two young women who work at a nearby bomb-making plant. As these women struggle, grow, and succeed (at least for one moment in time) they remind us that we are all family. The cast includes Charley McBride (Rumors, Wedding Belles) as Florence, Keira Melanson (Cinderella, Cinderella and The Grinch) as Rose, Hannah Fisk (Love From A Stranger and Game's Afoot) as Jiggs, and newcomers Penny Nelson as Sarah Ruth & Tyler MacEachern as Howard/Donnie.
