A letter dated 1902, a story passed through 3 generations and a 10 year journey through the archives of Kentville, Nova Scotia, St. John's NFLD and Trenton, New Jersey. The search for Annie Winsor is a fascinating story of a woman's longing to find her birth great-grandmother and her determined quest to reach her goal. With teasing archival threads and seemingly solid brick walls Anna Osburn's search for Annie twists and turns towards its gratifying conclusion. Talk preceded by short membership meeting. In our Community Room on the main level. Accessible to all.
