Jonas & Barry in the Home is a comedy by Canadian playwright Norm Foster, directed by Junie Hutchinson and Lily Ashdown, and produced by special arrangement with Gary Goddard Agency. Curmudgeonly Barry Butterfield checks into a senior’s home, hoping to while away his golden years in peace under the care of his daughter Rosie, only to have that peace disrupted by the arrival of loquacious and adventurous Jonas. Jonas leads his new friend on a series of adventures while Barry works on repairing his relationship with his daughter. Filled with relatable characters, intelligent humour, and potent drama, Jonas and Barry in the Home is directed by Junie Hutchinson and features Alan Tupper as Barry, Emily Burton as Rosie and John Smith as Jonas. Hijinks and hilarity abound in this mature comedy.
