Life Through a Mask is an introduction to Expressive Art Therapy. Explore identity, feelings, strengths and resilience in this 4-session workshop. NOVA (7Arts) Council has collaborated with Jaime Lightle, BA, DTATI, RCT-C to facilitate this program at 7Arts studio, a safe and personal setting.
This is free a workshop for Spouses of Military members & Veterans, made possible by the generous support of Veterans Affairs Canada.
