This Thanksgiving weekend we will be celebrating the harvest and our many blessings with friends and family.
Between 4:30 pm and 8pm we will be dining at long tables and serving a special menu of traditional Thanksgiving fare that include turkey, ham and all the fixings.
Appetizers:
Maple Bacon Scallops: 6 seared scallops served in a delicious sauce made with a perfect pairing of 100% pure Hutchisons Maple Syrup and Huntley's Canning Village Meat Market Bacon.
Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Soup.
Mains:
Homemade turkey and cranberry pot pie served with stuffing, mashed potatoes, roast vegetables and gravy
Maple glazed ham slices served with stuffing, mashed potatoes, roast vegetables and sweet and spicy apple sauce.
Dessert:
Pumpkin cheesecake
Pumpkin pudding
