The Acadia School of Music Concert & Lecture Series presents a recital by Gillian Smith.
Violinist Gillian Smith will perform several works from En Route, her upcoming album, which will be released on the Leaf Music label in November 2023.
The album features five pieces for solo violin commissioned from five Canadian composers. One of these works, Nebula Variations, was written by Acadia University School of Music composition professor Derek Charke, and another, Tree Talk, was written by Acadia University School of Music alumna Carmen Braden.
