Classes will be led by certified, experienced instructor, Jacki Woodworth. Both, CHAIR and FLOOR Yoga will be offered.
Classes will run for 8 weeks. Participants may attend one, some, or all classes. There is an option to attend classes on Wednesday evenings as well, beginning at 7pm.
Bring along a mat, belt (not stretchy) and a light blanket for the end of class, relaxation period.

Pricing: Drop In fee is $5 per class. Pay at the door.
