YOGA Classes

Classes will be led by certified, experienced Instructor, Jacki Woodworth. Both, CHAIR and FLOOR yoga will be offered. Classes will run for 8 weeks. Participants may attend one, some, or all classes. There is an option to attend classes on Tuesday mornings as well, beginning at 10am.
Bring a mat, belt (not stretchy), and a light blanket for the end of class, relaxation period.

Pricing: Drop In fee of $5 per class. Pay at the door.
