Join us every Saturday morning for a nice walk to get your body moving for the weekend! There is no cost to participate. We meet at the Kings Mutual Century Centre in the parking lot near the electric car charging station. The walk leader will be wearing a yellow safety vest. We begin right at 9am so please arrive about 5 minutes early. We usually walk 4-5 kilometers, taking 45-60 minutes, depending on the group. Get active, get some fresh air, meet some new friends, and walk in the safety of a group. All ages and abilities welcome, including people new to walking. (NS Hikes has a “no dogs” policy for the safety of walkers on group walks.)
