North Mountain United Tapestry Cultural & Heritage Society's Annual General Meeting.

Notification of Special Resolution to North Mountain United Tapestry Cultural & Heritage Society By-Laws.
During the Annual General Meeting, Tapestry’s Membership will vote on the following proposed changes to Article 6 of the Society’s By-Laws.

Current Article 6:
An annual membership in the Society shall consist of:
(a) A Board Member, or
(b) a Dedicated Volunteer; whom serves 10hrs volunteering for the society, or
(c) a Farmers Market Vendor attending four or more markets per year, or
(d) a Artisan Co-operative member, or
(e) a Corporate Member whom pays $200.00, or
(f) a Supporting Member who pays an amount as determined annually by the Board of Directors.

Proposed Changes to Article 6":
(a) A Board Member, or
(b) a Farmers Market Vendor attending four or more markets per year, or
(c) a Artisan Co-operative member, or
(d) a Dedicated volunteer who supports a minimum of one activity a year, or
(e) a Supporting Member who pays an amount as determined annually by the Board of Directors.
