Come dance the night away with classic 80's tunes performed by HEIGHT REQUIREMENT!
The Church Brewing Co and the Safe Grad team are thrilled to present a Back to the 80's dance party and raffle with music by Height Requirement. Funds raised go to support Horton Safe Grad - an alcohol-drug free night for our Horton High School Graduates. Best of NS basket Raffle.$10 cash only.
19+ event. Limited tables available on a first come, first served basis, this is a dance party!
The early days of the band had the original members practicing in a basement with a 6ft ceiling. Fortunately, everyone was an appropriate height which resulted in naming the band, “Height Requirement!” They have a shared passion for all the music of the 1980’s:
Jeff Douglas - vocals, acoustic guitar, percussion (5ft 11 inches)
Jade Bennett - vocals, acoustic guitar (5ft 3 and a half inches)
Peter Davison - guitar, mandolin, banjo, synth, harmonica, vocals and slide whistle (5ft 5 and a half inches)
Robert Luer - keys, sax, violin, vocals (5ft 10 and a half inches)
Dale Roode - bass (5ft 9 and a half inches)
Jim Davison – Drums (5ft 7 and a half inches)
