Step into the Acadian Forest and be immersed in nature’s healing and inspiring offerings on this 3.5-hour nature immersion. Connect with yourself and your surroundings through guided meditation, forest bathing, and mindfulness practices with Wil, your Nature and Forest Therapy Guide!

Experience Highlights:

- Slow down and meet the land with a guided meditation led by your host Wil Brunner. Wil is formally trained as a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.
- Feel close to nature with guided forest-bathing and stewardship activities. Deepen your relationship to nature through sensory activities and simple conservation acts.
- Feel at home in the wild with sitting mats and blankets available for you to use. A large, heated tent is available during cold temperatures and heavy precipitation.
- Receive a Closer to Nature kit, crafted by your guide Wil to use during the experience and take home with you, including:‍
- An eco-friendly tote bag to carry your personal items.
- Wil’s Nature Connections package with forest bathing tips and resources on regional flora and fauna.
- Locally made nature journal and pencils,.
- Celebrate your time in nature with locally produced snacks and freshly brewed forest tea!

Pricing & Tickets
Pricing: $80 per adult (14+) + HST + booking fee, $50 per child (7-14) + HST + booking fee. Children under 7 are free.
