Come join us for Yoga in Waterfront Park lead by a YogaLife instructor, every Sunday! This free program will run from June 23rd – August 25th. All experience and skill level welcome! Please register with the link:

Rain days will be held at YogaLife. Please meet at the studio on 344 Main St when actively raining.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, there will be extras for those who do not own them or forget!
Since this activity is taking place outdoors applying sunscreen and bug spray ahead of time is suggested, there will also be some available on hand. Hats and sunglasses are encouraged.
Keep in mind that Waterfront park will be open to the public during this time so could be noisy from others using the park. Mats will be placed on the grass so there may be uneven ground.
