Come try Nordic Walking!
Instructors from Nordic Walking Nova Scotia will give a brief introductory presentation to talk about Nordic Walking, its history and health benefits, and demonstrate the proper technique before getting everyone set up with poles and going for a walk.
This program is for people aged 16+.
Nordic Walking poles will be provided. If you own poles, feel free to bring them!
Please wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather.
Part of this program will take place outdoors so sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are encouraged.
Genuine Nordixx Nordic Walking poles will be available for purchase after the session if you wish to purchase them from Nordic Walking Nova Scotia.
