Workshop / Class Health / Wellness Community Event Family-Friendly Outdoor
(Lady) Lisa Quintin, registered yoga teacher, invites you to a Victorian Part / Bridgerton themed yoga class. On the lawn at Prescott House Museum (weather depending). This one hour event will feature music from the show, a slow "dance" of yoga poses and a themed meditation.
Please bring a sense of adventure, comfortable attire, water bottle and a yoga mat.
Victorian flare is welcome but optional.
