The Stroke Team of AVDHA is pleased to announce planning meetings for the development of a Stroke Support Club for the residents of Kings and Annapolis Counties.
The Stroke Support Club will offer an opportunity for stroke patients, family members and caregivers to meet on a regular basis to offer mutual support, education and recreation.
By attending these meetings you will have input into developing the Stroke Support Club.
