I am super happy and honoured to co-create this Sound Bath with Phyllis from Pristine Vibes. Phyllis brings years of experience and incredible healing power. Come enjoy a relaxing afternoon of guided meditation and sound healing, focusing on the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus Chakras.
Root Chakra is our centre of Stability and Belonging. It is blocked by fear, anxiety and worry.
Sacral Chakra is our centre of Creativity, Emotional Intelligence, Choice, Movement and Pleasure. It is blocked by guilt.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is our centre of Personal Power and Self-Esteem. It is blocked by shame.
In this session we will begin with a short guided meditation then move into the sound bath. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you wish to bring a chair, like an anti-gravity chair, that's fine too. Wooden chairs are available at the hall if you prefer to sit.
Also feel free to bring blankets and a pillow as the room may be cool, and to be as comfortable as possible.
Instruments will include didgeridoos, koshi bells, chimes, shakers, Tibetan singing bowls and more.
Phyllis will be bringing her own magick as well, including gongs, crystal bowls, and a couple things that I will leave as a surprise.
It's a good idea to bring a water bottle, and please drink plenty of water after the event.
