The Acadia School of Music Concert & Lecture Series presents “Choral Singing in Prisons: Building Artistry, Changing Lives” – a presentation by Dr. Jamie Hillman.
In this talk, Dr. Hillman will discuss his work as Boston University Prison Arts Scholar to develop an innovative vocal music program in the Massachusetts prison system.
Dr. Hillman currently holds the Elmer Iseler Chair in Conducting at the University of Toronto where he is Director of Choral Studies and an Associate Professor.
