Topics and support areas include, but not limited to:

* Newborn sleep education
* Care seat safety
* Postpartum support
* Changes in relationships as new parents
* Nutrition - including breastfeeding, formula feeding, introducing solids
* Child Development

Meet New and Expectant Fathers in Your Community
Dinner will be provided.

If transportation is a barrier, assistance may be available.
Participants who attend sessions will receive a grocery card.
