The Wolfville Queer Community Choir is back for a six-week session this Fall! A multi-generational group of singers from the 2SLGBTQ+ community that gather each week to make music and connect with one another. We are always happy to welcome new members and encourage folks with any singing experience to join. This choir is a queer space. Please contact Music In Communities with questions: [email protected]
Our new director Rebecca leads with the intention and purpose of self-expression over performance. She believes that music lives and thrives inside each of us and brings an adaptable approach to this chorus in guiding each person's unique abilities with openness and equality. Rebecca provides her background and knowledge in music therapy and group leadership and is an active member of 2SLGBTIQA+ communities.
